In our research, to further probe the role of OS in the pathogenesis of asthma in mice, and according to the study of Li [3] et al., we treated model mice with 15 and 40 mg/kg OS and Dex, and found that the levels of TSLP, NF-κB p65 and p-IκBα were decreased and that the level of DNMT1 was elevated. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is asthma.
