A total of 13 KEGG pathways were significantly enriched in DAMs (Fig. 3f), including morphine addiction, cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, alcoholism, regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes, sphingolipid signaling pathway, vascular smooth muscle contraction, renin secretion, cAMP signaling pathway, parkinson disease, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, nucleotide metabolism, purine metabolism, and ABC transporters. This evidence concerns the gene ABCG2 and Parkinson disease.
