Another investigation on PANoptosis demonstrated that adenosine deaminase acting on RNA 1 could suppress the occurrence of PANoptosis, which could in turn promote the tumorigenesis and progression of melanoma and CRC.[38] Some other researches on the role of PANoptosis in tumorigenesis have also confirmed its involvement in a wide range of tumors, including breast carcinoma, liver carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and so on.[39–41]. This evidence concerns the gene ADA and hepatocellular carcinoma.
