NPPB and hydrops fetalis: Li et al. evaluated the diagnostic value of circulating miR-302s in acute heart failure (AHF) and showed that circulating miR-302s, especially miR-302b-3p, had high accuracy in discriminating HF from non-HF patients, and that the combined detection of miR-302b-3p and NT-proBNP improved the accuracy of AHF diagnosis [113].
