Univariate analysis showed that age, neurological complications, muscle tremor, diabetes, PLT transfusion, corticosteroid and IVIG use, as well as high-level SFTSV RNA loads, CRP, PCT, WBC, ALT, AST, ALB, GLB, Scr, CK, LDH, cTNI, AMY, lipase, FBG, APTT, and serum potassium, and low-level PLT were the risk factors for the development of IPA in SFTS (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and Ito hypomelanosis.
