Since the initial discovery of Bcl-3’s involvement in hematological malignancies, subsequent research has revealed its dysregulation in various other cancer types, including colorectal cancer [21, 22], ovarian cancer [23], breast cancer [24–26], cylindromatosis [27], skin cancer [28–30], liver cancer [31], and prostate cancer [32].
