PTPRC and bronchiolitis: There was no statistical significance of cord blood neutrophils in the adjusted model in infants with risk of hospitalisation because of bronchiolitis both normalised by CD45+ cells (aOR = 0.92, 95% CI 0.83 to 1.01, P = 0.077) and in absolute numbers (aOR = 1.00, 95%CI 0.99 to 1.00, P = 0.099), with an AUCROC of 0.924 and 0.918, respectively (Table 2, Supplementary figure 2b) and optimal cut point 66.7% sensitivity, 96.3% specificity.
