Inactivation of ROCK signaling with a Y‐27632 inhibitor abolished MLC2 phosphorylation (Fig. 4G and Fig. S7D, left) and increased the vulnerability of DLD‐1‐CT45A1 cells to NK‐92MI cytotoxicity (Fig. 4H), indicating the activation of RHO‐ROCK‐MLC2 signaling in CT45A1‐expressing MSI‐H CRC cells. This evidence concerns the gene MYL9 and colorectal carcinoma.
