MOG and transverse myelitis: According to the latest diagnosis criteria of MOGAD (2023) (6), acute T2-hyperintense lesions restricted to the gray matter in the spinal cord on axial imaging, produce the H-sign (as seen in 30%–50% of patients), which is thought to be the typical finding of myelin oligodendrocyte antibody-associated transverse myelitis (MOG-TM) (6).
