ITGB1, whose full name is integrin subunit beta 1, has been reported as the prognostic value in NSCLC,[17] and it was shown to be correlated with lymph node metastasis.[18] ITGB1 inhibition has been shown to decrease lung cancer invasion and metastasis in vitro and in vivo.[19] In our work, we observed that the LAMB1 gene was significantly correlated with the survival rate of LUAD patients in the 3 datasets by performing LASSO regression analyses on the GSE68465 and GSE31210 datasets. This evidence concerns the gene ITGB1 and lung carcinoma.
