TP53 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: Specifically, the expression levels of dysregulated miR-155, miR-181b, miR-29a/b/c, and miR-34a have been systematically correlated with established prognostic biomarkers, including IGHV and TP53 mutational status, as well as ZAP70 expression, thereby exerting a discernible impact on the clinical outcomes of CLL patients [25,28,41,43,60,61].
