CD79A and peripheral neuropathy: One patient had osteosclerotic myeloma and severe peripheral neuropathy, and another had plasma-cell leukemia; one had a solitary plasmacytoma of the ilium for six years, and then disseminated myeloma developed; another had been treated for IgA-k MM for 8 years, and then an extra IgA-λ CM appeared (this was not associated with an acceleration of the disease).
