In conclusion, our comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of ESRG across various cancer types demonstrated its potential to be used as a diagnostic biomarker in COAD, LUSC, READ, and UCEC and a promising prognostic biomarker in LGG. Furthermore, our findings figured out relatively significant variations in ESRG expression between normal and different cancer stages in COAD, LUSC, and READ. This evidence concerns the gene ESRG and cancer.
