BTG3 and rheumatoid arthritis: An 18-year-old female presented with right fingertip ulceration, black discoloration, and bilateral wrist or metacarpophalangeal joint pain for five months. She had high anti-CCP, a doubtful rheumatoid factor titer, and an ANA titer of 1:320 with coarse nucleated cells. A definitive diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis complicated by rheumatoid vasculitis was made.
