KEGG analysis showed that the DEGs were mainly associated with the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, JAK-STAT signaling pathway, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway, chemokine signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptor signaling pathway, and cGMP-PKG signaling pathway (Fig. 4B). This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and atherosclerosis.
