In order to find potential miRNAs that promote paclitaxel resistance in breast cancer cells, we performed the differential gene expression analysis of GSE154255 in the GEO database, which contains 10 cases of tumor tissues (3 triple-negative breast cancer tissues, 3 HER2-positive breast cancer tissues, 2 luminal A breast cancer tissues, and 2 luminal B breast cancer tissues) and 10 cases of the corresponding adjacent normal tissue. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
