Additionally, it was verified by mutant experiments that both the NT domain of OAS and the TPR12 domain of IFIT were crucial for OASs and IFITs to inhibit exosome content (Fig. 7I) and colony formation in an exosome-dependent manner (Figs. 7J and S8, M and N), which suggested that synergistic effect of OASs and IFITs might inhibit tumor growth.
