Ubiquitin‐specific protease 33 (USP33) is a Dub that has been implicated in the modulation of oncogenic signaling pathways, making it a potential target for cancer therapy.[25, 26, 27, 28] In addition to its significance in cancer development and progression, emerging evidence has highlighted its multiple functions in neurodegenerative diseases, inflammation, and metabolic disorders,[29, 30, 31, 32] expanding the potential impact of targeting Dub in various pathological conditions. Here, USP33 is linked to cancer.
