Recurrent rearrangements of the NUP98 gene on chromosome 11p15 have been identified in various hematologic neoplasms, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) (1).
