Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (K‐Ras), tumor protein p53 (TP53), MET, B‐Raf proto‐oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF), ERBB2, the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), ROS proto‐oncogene 1 receptor tyrosine kinase (ROS), RET, and NTRK rearrangement are all driver gene alterations that have been detected in NSCLC patients.35 This evidence concerns the gene MARK2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
