In one case, azacitidine was used for maintenance therapy after transplantation, and a patient with AML and NUP98-RARG gene fusion presenting as APL was treated with induction and consolidation chemotherapy using venetoclax in combination with chemotherapy, and then achieved CR followed by haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. This evidence concerns the gene NUP98 and acute myeloid leukemia.
