Consistently, co-culture with LPS-primed RAW264.7 cells upregulated the mRNA levels of genes related to lipogenesis (Srebf1, Fasn and Scd1) and the protein levels of SREBF1 and FASN in AML-12 cells pre-incubated with PA + OA, while exposure of LPS-primed RAW264.7 cells to dapagliflozin or canagliflozin significantly diminished these effects (Fig. 10f−i).
