It was found that abnormal expression of EBI3 was observed in Hodgkin lymphoma [9], nasopharyngeal carcinoma [10], malignant melanoma [11], lung cancer [11], colon cancer [12], pancreatic cancer [13], gastric cancer [14], acute myeloid leukemia [15], and various tumor cell lines [16], and EBI3 also played an important regulatory role in the formation and development of tumors. This evidence concerns the gene EBI3 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
