CD44 and ischemic stroke: We previously found that the proportion of T cells CD4 memory resting cells increased, and we combined with the Cd44 fractionation (Figure 7C) to find that Cluster1 was T cells CD4 memory resting, and we found that subgroup 5 of T cells CD4 memory resting was significantly higher in the Ischemic stroke than in the sham-operated group, based on the distribution of cell proportions (Figure 7E).
