CD39+ CD4+ %T cell (OR, 0.970; 95% CI, 0.953–0.988; P < 0.001; PFDR = 0.080), CD19 on naive-mature B cell (OR, 0.973; 95% CI, 0.956–0.990; P = 0.002; PFDR = 0.108), CD27 on IgD+ CD38- unswitched memory (OR, 0.950; 95% CI, 0.920–0.981; P = 0.002; PFDR = 0.118), CCR2 on monocyte (OR, 0.953; 95% CI, 0.924–0.983; P = 0.002; PFDR = 0.135), and CD45RA on TD CD8br (OR, 0.919; 95% CI, 0.876–0.964; P < 0.001; PFDR = 0.058) may decrease RA risk (Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and rheumatoid arthritis.
