This finding was further validated with transcriptomic data, revealing significantly higher BCL2 mRNA expression in AR-low mCRPC (≤ 20th percentile expression) in the Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C)/Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) and SU2C/West Coast Prostate Cancer Dream Team (WCDT) cohorts (Mann-Whitney U test, P < 0.001 and P = 0.003, respectively) (Figure 2, E and F).
