Frequencies of at least moderate anaemia, azotaemia indicating significant kidney disease (IRIS stage 3 or 4), significant increase in ALT and AP activities (at least five-fold), hyperbilirubinaemia associated with clinically detectable icterus and increased TT4 indicating uncontrolled hyperthyroidism in WD and PD are summarised in Table 4.
