As shown in Fig. 2A, by profiling SPHK1 protein expression among different bladder cancer cell lines (i.e., T24, 253J, UMUC13, T24L [T24 lung metastatic subline], and 253J-BV [253J lung metastatic subline]), the data indicated that highly elevated SPHK1 was detected in T24L and 253J-BV compared with their parental cells. Here, SPHK1 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
