Additionally, all the ANA IIFA positive patients in the current study tested negative for autoantibodies linked to autoimmune hepatitis and vasculitis in LIA (Figure 3a,b), but only one ANA IIFA positive patients showed positive to antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) by IIFA, which is responsible for autoimmune vasculitis (Figure 4a,b). The gene discussed is BTG3; the disease is autoimmune hepatitis.
