A similar profile was observed amongst CD4+ T cells from blood and CSF of MS/CIS patients, including increased expression of genes related to tissue migration (ITGB1, CD69, ITGA4, CXCR3, CXCR4) and cytokine secretion (IL32, GZMK) and reduced naïve status (CCR7, LEF1, SELL, TCF7) and TCR signaling (LCK) (Fig. 1I, Table S4). This evidence concerns the gene IL32 and in situ carcinoma.
