Although univariate and multivariate analyses did not show a significant association between blood lipid-related indicators (such as triglycerides, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, ApoA1, and ApoB) and the risk of MG worsening, non-linear analysis revealed a inflection point in the risk curve of ln[lipoprotein(a)] at 4.06 (58 nmol/L). Here, APOA1 is linked to myasthenia gravis.
