We report the case of a 40-year-old female who was diagnosed on September 27, 2020, with T1N1M1 (lungs, bone, liver, and orbit), infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC) of the left breast, Scarff-Bloom-Richardson (SBR) grade 2/3 (architectural score 3, nuclear grade 2, mitotic score 2), estrogen receptor (ER)/progesterone (PR) positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) negative, and Ki-67 protein of 15%. This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
