Few proteins displayed diet-specific differential profiles with five proteins different from CD in LPD and MD-LPD groups (biotinidase, probable G-protein coupled receptor 132, protein FAM3B, cystatin-C and alpha-amylase 1; all upregulated (Fig. 7A), when compared to CD) and six proteins different in both WD and MD-WD groups compared to CD.
