PARK7 is a multifunctional protein that protects neurons from oxidative stress and is associated with Parkinson’s disease [20], which has been proven to be overexpressed in a variety of tumors, including uveal melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Here, PARK7 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
