In summary, the present study firstly: (1) proposed increasing EFCAB7 expression after radiofrequency ablation; (2) found that EFCAB7 acted as an oncogene and promoted HCC tumorigenesis and progression; (3) claimed that PARK7 was a downstream molecule under EFCAB7, and these two proteins are directly bound together. The gene discussed is PARK7; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
