CD4 and inflammatory bowel disease: The immune landscape analysis revealed a higher degree of infiltration of neutrophils, activated dendritic cells, plasma cells, mast cells (resting/activated), B cells (memory/naïve), Tregs, and M0 and M1 macrophages, alongside a lower degree of infiltration of monocytes, activated NK cells, resting dendritic cells, M2 macrophages, gamma delta T cells, follicular helper T cells, CD8 T cells, and resting memory CD4 T cells in inflamed IBD tissues.
