A significant increase in CD42b transmembrane glycoprotein levels was observed in heterogeneous BPH cultures (S1: 48.21 ± 8.78; S4: 53.95 ± 6.98; S5: 67.73 ± 2.13) reported to negative control (C2: 26.24 ± 0.50, p < 0.05, Figure 6A–F). This evidence concerns the gene GP1BA and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
