The analysis performed on the group of patients with cyanosis showed a statistically significant, negative correlation between the e-selectin concentration (p < 0.01; R = −0.4) and blood oxygen saturation and a positive correlation of the e-selectin concentration with RBC (p < 0.01; R = 0.6), HCT (p < 0.01; R = 0.6), and Hgb (p < 0.01; R = 0.6) (Table 4, Figure 1).
