We delivered SB-STOP(flf)−Cas9-sg-Sox9 and Cre expression plasmids to specifically eliminate Sox9 in tumors along with Akt-YAP1 or Akt-NRAS to induce cHCC-CCA in the presence (Sox9 CWT) or absence of Sox9 (Sox9 CKO). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and cholangiocarcinoma.
