FOLH1 and prostate cancer: Specifically, a systemic treatment strategy could have been adopted in 10 patients due to previously unknown PSMA-positive multi-metastatic dissemination; the lymphadenectomy approach could have been modified in three patients due to the identification of pathologic lymph nodes outside the standard surgical template; SABR treatment could have been considered in three patients with oligometastatic disease; in one patient, PSMA-PET/CT identified an unknown collateral oncologic finding unrelated to prostate cancer (urothelial cancer).
