CXCL12 and diabetic kidney disease: Comparison between laboratory data in participants with type 1 diabetes and diabetic nephropathy on the MiniMed 780G AHCL system who received sitagliptin at baseline and post therapy showed significant reduction in SDF-1 levels (from 3.58 ± 0.73 to 1.99 ± 0.76 ng/ml; p<0.001), serum creatinine (from 62.78 ± 7.61 to 56.60 ± 7.23 μmol/l; p<0.001) and UACR (from 7.27 ± 2.41 to 1.32 ± 0.31 mg/mmol; p<0.001) with improvement in eGFR (from 108.7 ± 6.28 to 119.43 ± 3.34 ml/min per 1.73 m2; p<0.001) after sitagliptin treatment (Table 1).
