YTHDF2 exerts its oncogenic effect at least by mediating the instability and degradation of Phospholysine Phosphohistidine Inorganic Pyrophosphate Phosphatase (LHPP) and Homeobox Protein NK-3 Homolog A (NKX3–1) mRNAs, leading to the activation of AKT signaling and PCa progression (Li et al., 2020) (Figure 3).
