Our stratified analysis, which accounted for factors such as age, menopausal status, tumor size, family history, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, estrogen receptor (ER) status, progesterone receptor (PR) status, HER2 status, triple-negative breast cancer prevalence, P53 status, and BRCA1/2 status, revealed no significant correlation between these SNPs and PFS in breast cancer patients (P > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
