PLA2G2A and cholangiocarcinoma: The results demonstrated that reducing PLA2G2A levels increased the proliferative capacity of CCA cells, as indicated by the results of the CCK-8 and plate cloning assays (Fig. 5C-D, E), whereas the overexpression of PLA2G2A suppressed the proliferative capacity of the cells (Fig. 5C-D, F).
