ADGRG1 and hydrops fetalis: Herein, via use of a pressure overload model of HF in a newly generated CM-specific ADGRG1 KO mouse model, we have investigated for the first time the impact of CM-specific ADGRG1 on HF development, revealing that its deletion accelerates cardiac dysfunction, concurrent with blunted CM hypertrophy and enhanced cardiac inflammation, suggesting that ADGRG1 may play an important role in the early adaptation to chronic cardiac stress.
