ADGRG1 has long been identified to be a key regulator of cortical development and lamination, particularly in regulating oligodendrocyte precursor cell-mediated myelination [33,34], critical functions in cancer such as cell proliferation and migration or metastasis [10,15,35] and also has been shown to respond to shear stress in platelets to regulate hemostasis [36].
