Our findings revealed that the recruitment of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ Tregs at the tumor site was associated with an advanced‐stage and lymph node metastasis, and up to 70.9% of patients with high CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ Tregs infiltration showed lymph node metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
