The findings from the survival analysis of the NBCR data were comparable with the trial follow-up data of HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer patients who were treated with trastuzumab.17 The study reported that the 12-y OS rate was 73% (hormone receptor–positive cohort: 76%, hormone receptor–negative cohort: 70%) while we estimated a 10-y OS rate of 74.3% in overall patients, 84.4% for stage I patients, and 71.5% for stage II patients. The gene discussed is NR4A1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
