Our main findings confirm (i) GDF‐15 increases following moderate‐intensity aerobic exercise; (ii) subjective appetite was suppressed postexercise; and (iii) there were no significant changes in energy and macronutrient intake, total ghrelin, total GLP‐1, or PYY3–36 in response to exercise in individuals with obesity. Here, PYY3 is linked to obesity disorder.
