Our main findings confirm (i) GDF‐15 increases following moderate‐intensity aerobic exercise; (ii) subjective appetite was suppressed postexercise; and (iii) there were no significant changes in energy and macronutrient intake, total ghrelin, total GLP‐1, or PYY3–36 in response to exercise in individuals with obesity. This evidence concerns the gene GHRL and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
