KIR3DL2 and neoplasm: Particularly in the NCAM pathway, NK cells with reduced KIR3DL2 expression acted as signaling emitters, engaging prominently with tumor-infiltrating macrophages, T cells, and tumor-associated fibroblasts, in which process, those NK cells mainly exert intercellular communication functions through the interaction of NCAM1-FGFR1 receptor-ligand (Figure S2C).
