It has been shown that β‐amyloid deposition is an important factor in the development of Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment (Jagust et al., 2023), and serum albumin can bind to β‐amyloid and is an important regulator of β‐amyloid clearance (Kim et al., 2020). Here, ALB is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
