Neutrophils isolated from orthotopic pancreatic tumors accelerated CD8+ T-cell dysfunction, defined as the increased percentage of PD1+TIM3+ cells, and inhibited Granzyme B and IFN-γ production, whereas PB neutrophils did not (Fig. 3F–H and online supplemental Fig. 8).
